This is a template page with a fake profile, you can customise this to look however you want. You can start by choosing an emoji, changing the header picture, and your profile picture and replacing the bio with a small write-up about yourself. To replace the links for socials, hover the link and click “edit” then paste your URL.
Once you’re happy with your page you can remove all of these callouts to clean your page up, click the “share” button and then “publish” - you will have your own “Public Accountability Profile” live on the internet that you can share anywhere!

Hi! I'm Rob, a passionate entrepreneur and fitness enthusiast based in the UK 🇬🇧 With over 5 years of experience in building and scaling a recruitment company, I've learned that success comes from maintaining a strong balance between professional growth and personal wellbeing.
When I'm not working on my latest business venture, you'll find me training for my next marathon 🏃🏻♂️ or diving into a book 📖. My current favourite read is "Atomic Habits" by James Clear - it's transformed how I approach both business and personal development.
I believe in the power of continuous improvement and love sharing insights about entrepreneurship, fitness, and personal growth with like-minded individuals 💫.

Here, you can add goals to your “Public Accountability Profile”. Your goals should be SMART. SMART is an acronym that stands for:
The above template is a good start, it has a “category” to split into different buckets - you can add categories or remove categories as you wish, you can include career goals, personal goals or fitness goals - it’s completely up to you.
You can set a deadline date, and then a percentage of completion. You should try to limit the number of goals to ~5-6 at a time so that you can focus on achieving them and getting momentum.

You should do check ins regularly, at a time that suits you. That could be weekly, bi-weekly or monthly - weekly is recommended (at the end of each week) because you can review your progress but not only that, if you have any actions to take into the next week to improve then you can do it.
We have created an example check-in in the description of Read 3 books.
A coffee shop is a perfect place to take your laptop and do a check in for your goals! ☕
